Description:

This lovely condo is located near one of the most magnificent lakes in the world - Lake Tahoe. The lake is surrounded by the magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation from this location. Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts and the Heavenly Stagecoach Ski Lift is just right up the hill from the condo about 1/2 mile. Several other ski resorts are within 1/2 hour to one hours drive away.

The condo has one master bedroom with private bath and a sauna. There is a loft in the condo with six twin beds and a full bath. On the main level is the kitchen and living area with a sofa and a oversized chair in the large living room. Dining table seats six, however, eating on one of the two balconies would give you a magnificent view of Lake Tahoe. The second bedroom is also on this level and has two twin beds and another full bath.

Condo is about 1600 sq. feet. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. There is a TV in the living room as well as a DVD and CD player. Many games and videos are provided for your enjoyment. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. All linens are provided.

This is a non-smoking unit and well behaved pets are welcome. Note: unit has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible

Payment due in full a minimum of 30 days prior for reservations or within 10 days of confirmation for all holiday reservations.

Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more; cancellations made less than 30 days are non-refundable, however, we would be happy to try and reschedule your stay in this property within six months of original cancellation. Holidays not included...no refunds after 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Payment for last minute reservations by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
