Our events run the gamut from informal gatherings such as monthly meetups at Sports Basement, pizza meetups, BBQ potlucks to formal gatherings such as wine tastings and dining events. Snowpals + Sports Basement Tahoe Rideshare Mixer (South Bay)

Event Description: Join us on Wednesday February 1, 2012, from 6pm to 8pm to celebrate the launch of SnowPals + Sports Basement Tahoe Rideshare – a free community based program for local skiers and boarders to connect for ridesharing to Tahoe. Sports Basement kindly allow us to host our Tahoe rideshare mixers at their stores for people to get acquainted and connect for Tahoe ridesharing.
Sports Basement will be be holding a weekly raffle giveaway for rideshare participants. Here’s an opportunity to expand your social circle and meet skiers and boarders for Tahoe trips.
Bring your biz cards to exchange; we’ll also have name tags for easy greetings.
Mingle and enjoy pizza, snacks, beer* or soda compliments of Sports Basement. Sports Basement is also giving participants 20% off discount on purchases at this event.

Prepaid: $10 (only accepted until 11:55pm Tuesday 1/10/12). A $4 discount is given to those who prepaid. Pay at the door event fee is $14 includes finger foods.
Prepaid helps us pre-order & pay for finger foods. In addition, we need an accurate head count.
Event fee goes to:
- 50% of collected fees will go to ordering some finger foods for this event.
- 25% of proceeds will go to a fund to give inner city kids a chance to experience skiing and snowboarding; collected funds will be given to Ronald Schwartz who is managing this program in Stockton, CA.
-25% goes to event management: petty cash for name tags, singage, etc
