2022/23 Donner Lake Ski Lease

We are currently looking to fill our last remaining spot in a SWEET house overlooking Donner lake.

Now that we got freshies, THE TIME IS NOW!

A little about the house:

• 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathrooms
• It sleeps up to 10 people.
• Parking for multiple cars (and we have backup parking identified).
• Has 2 decks.
• One of the decks has a HOT TUB!!
• Large living space.
• Large storage space for all of our ski gear.
• Rooms are:
Two rooms with bunkbeds
One Master suite with a king bed
One room with queen size bed.
• ~20 minutes to Alpine / Palisades.
• ~25 minutes to Northstar.
• 10 minutes to downtown Truckee and all its amenities
• Non smoking

A little about us:

We are a group of 5 mid 30’s – early 40s professionals based in SF.
We are a mix of Irish, Brazilian, Japanese and US peeps.
Some burners sprinkled within the crew.
2 AWESOME (and friendly) doggos!
A mix of snowboarders and Skiers.
All of us have Ikon passes, some have both Ikon and Epic.
Ski levels vary from 4 years – 20 years experience.
A few avid backcountry goers! (We will likely all try it out this season at some point though)
Likely spending 50% of the season at the house give or take.
We like to wind down with some beers and hang but this is not a party house.
We will be allowing guests up of course and keeping a schedule for rooms / numbers etc.

The details/cost:

Our lease runs from December 1, 2022 to April 2023 (5months). Alpine/Palisades are scheduled to open November 22, so this gets you mountain access straight away. The total cost is $4400 for the season which covers five months of rent and utilities, as well as a refundable $800 deposit. This breaks down to roughly $890/month. We will be collecting guest fees and these will go to reducing everyone’s overall outlay as well.

This place is epic and we’re excited about finding a few more folks to round out the group. We’re all friendly and outgoing and having a good mix of folks that are fun and will contribute to the vibe is a big priority for us. Having a ski lease for us is an opportunity to get out of the city and unwind and most importantly rip some sweet pow. Because the season is approaching we are looking to make decisions pretty quick here on the final numbers, so if you are interested please let us know.
