2022/23 Truckee Ski Lease Share

Ski lease share of 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Tahoe Donner (Truckee). Home is located on Northwoods Blvd which is always plowed first thus easy access. 5 minutes to Tahoe Donner resorts, 15-20 minutes to Boreal, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, Palisades and Alpine Meadows. Downtown Truckee a mere 8 minutes away.

Available Thursday afternoon (3 pm) to Monday morning (9 AM) on a weekly basis. Home is not available Christmas weekend (12/24 &12/25). Additional weekdays can be negotiated for additional fees and based on owner approval.

Shared portion of home is the first floor which contains 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen (well stocked) and great room that contains dining room table that seats 8 and living room seating for 8-10. Upper portion of the home is reserved for full time owner and house dog.

Rental rooms consistent of 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 smaller bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TV’s plus there is a 50” plasma in the great room. Each bedroom has its own baseboard heater so you can be as cool or warm as you want. There is a separated 2 car garage with parking for 1 car + storage plus 1 car parking on large driveway. House dog in residence is a small terrier, therefore, no other pets are allowed. Rate includes utilities (gas, electricity, water, garbage, 1 gig internet, driveway snow removal). I keep a backup generator in the garage for power outages which sometimes occur in heavy storms. Max occupancy is 6 people in 3 beds (no couch sleeping).

Two Tahoe Donner guest passes will be available to access HOA amenities (visit www.tahoedonner.com). Groups sharing the space and alternating weekdays, or weekends is fine but all parties over 18 years of age occupying the space must be vetted and sign agreements. Guests on approval when space is available, not to exceed the max bedroom occupancy of 6 people. View house photos (opens in a new window).

Cost

Rate for the above arrangements: $2500 per person which would be for the entire 5 months from Dec. 1 2022- April 30 2023.

I find myself in residence this winter working on projects and would love to share my home and neighborhood with others that love the Truckee-Tahoe area. This is not a party house, but I welcome mature socializing with adults and well-behaved children. Everyone wants a happy environment so I expect you to interview me and much as I will interview you! COVID precautions require everyone to be up to date with recommended vaccinations.
