5 Month Ski Lease Share in Sunnyside Tahoe City 2023/24

Beds are 3 queen w/ 1 full (one queen room has bonus bunk beds)

Ski members are responsible for minor shoveling to supplement plow service.

About us

Small group. We’re winter loving professionals from all over the Bay Area. We’re fun,
conscientious, kind, and respectful. Our age ranges are 40 to 70 yrs old. Expert to intermediate
skilled mountain runs. We tend to be a first chair – last chair crew and the house is typically
quiet around 10pm or so.

This is not a party house. We’re not able to accommodate anyone living in the house full time – we all use this place part-time. We’re fortunate to have a black lab in our group – she is the only dog allowed, we think you will love her.

We’re organized and use a booking calendar so we all know who will be at the cabin and for
how long. WE LOVE GUESTS, however members have priority. We do not expect people to
share rooms, however one of our bedrooms has a bonus side room with bunk beds to offer your
potential guests! Sometimes we eat together, sometimes we go out together. We want “you to
do you” and enjoy the property and close access to winter sports.

Cost

The rate is $2500 “all in” meaning it should cover all the expenses for December 1 – April 30th,
and if all goes well, a portion of your membership will likely be refunded at the end of the
season! Obviously, if the heat is blasting all the time – this will increase the bills, so we strive to
keep our costs low and sustainable. We have a budget spreadsheet that is shared with
everyone, you will always know how we’re doing financially.

About you

Non-smoker. Must be ok with a dog. Must be ok with internet outages, this place is not ideal for
“remote workers”. Good communicator and clean up after yourself. Be willing to wipe down
your room, bathroom and clear trash before you "check-out". Serious skiers or riders (singles or
couples) with a relaxed, drama-free disposition and value a good night’s sleep. Willing to attend
our ski share potluck Oct/Nov timeframe. If this sounds like you, let's chat!
