+ 2.5 bath with relaxing soaking tubs and great showers
+ Cable TV & Internet access/WiFi

+ The internet is very reliable, and there’s good cell reception in the house
+ There are NO access issues even on big powder days
+ Central heating and hot water is super efficient
+ It’s a great kitchen to cook in
+ 10 minute walk to a local pub, winery and sushi/cocktail bar.

The lease runs from December 27, 2018, through April 30, 2019.
The season fee for full-time lease holders is $1,980, and for midweek-only members is $1,390. Midweek is Monday morning to Friday morning. The fees cover all estimated expenses: heat/gas/electricity, Internet, cable TV, snow plowing and trash removal.
Each member also pays a $370 security deposit refundable at the end of the season assuming there are no issues.
Our goal is to have 7 full-time people, who would primarily come up on weekends, and 1-2 mid-week only members. It is not going to be a crowded house and we’re all comfortable paying a little more for that. There are a sofa-bed and an air-mattress for overflow weekends, but they should be very much the exception (last season we never needed either option).
Guest fees: $45 per person per night. We use guest fees to offset utility costs — last year we had enough left over to pay everyone 15% of their season fees back.
We strongly encourage friends and couples to join the lease together.
We cannot support children or pets as part of the lease — no exceptions.
And most importantly — a little about the current members:
Currently, there are 4 members who all met through former ski houses; and all of us stayed in the house last season — it is as amazing as it looks!
We are professionals (mostly in tech) in our 30s-40s from San Francisco, and not really a party-all-night crowd, but we’re not a clique and we definitely enjoy a few drinks. We are a mix of skiers/boarders, beginners to advanced. We run a fun, open, and drama-free lease: a ski house should be a place to relax!
