Best Location – South Lake Tahoe Snow Lovers Ski Lease

Looking for snow enthusiasts of any skill level who want to join a fun group of 20s & 30s professionals to fill our ski lease. Lease term: Dec. 15, 2022 – April 16, 2023

The house is two stories (2,000+ square feet), packed with amenities, and has three parking spots. It’s located in Tahoe Keys, with direct water access (polar bear plunge, anyone?!).

We like to have fun and are looking for considerate housemates to join us for the season. Some housemates are in year two of a ski lease together. Car pooling is welcomed and we will have an official guest policy if you want to bring friends.

This house only has space left for individuals, all couple space has been reserved.

No additional pets for the season can be accommodated for this house, visiting pets can be considered.

Bedroom 1: primary bedroom, upstairs with king sized bed and private porch
Bedroom 2: downstairs, full sized bed
Bedroom 3: downstairs, twin bed, full bed, bunk bed (2x full)

• 3 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: full bath, upstairs, attached to primary bedroom
Bathroom 2: full bath, downstairs
Bathroom 3: half bath, upstairs

• 15 minutes to Heavenly CA Lodge
• 25 minutes to Heavenly Nevada lodge
• 45 minutes to Kirkwood
• 1 hour to Olympic Valley
• 1 hour and 10 minutes miles to Northstar

Cost

$670 deposit, $667 a month
