Cozy Tahoe Donner Ski Lease Share

We have ski lease spaces open in a wonderful Tahoe Donner Cabin. We are looking to add 4-6 additional people to our ski lease share.

Location

Located in Tahoe Donner, it’s easily accessible from Highway-80, and 10 mins away from coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

This central location is convenient to Tahoe Donner, Northstar, Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Boreal.

The House

A cozy cabin (1550 sq ft) with a peaceful forest setting in Tahoe Donner There are 2 rooms available with a shared bath for this ski season.
Room 1: 2 Queens (sleeps 4)
Room 2: 2 Full Beds (sleeps 4)

Who are we?

We are a working professional couple in our mid 30s who loves the mountains and will be skiing this winter. We (owners) will be occupying the master bedroom downstairs.
We enjoy a good apres session yet we are not a party house If your idea of a fun weekend is sharing a communal meal, drinking over a fun board game/ game of cards

Guest access

There are 2 guest rooms on the upper level. Each room has 2 full/ queen beds and a full closet to store your belongings for the season. The dedicated shared full bath comes with guest linens and towels.
Respectful and easy going people. No pets allowed.
This is a part time rental – not a full time living space. You must have another full time residence.
