2022/23 Five bed, 4 bath Family Ski Lease Tahoe Donner Jacuzzi, Hot Sauna, and Dog friendly
We have room for one more family or couple to join us for the 2022/2023 ski season. Join us and stay in a beautiful queen size room and exclusive bath available for either the entire season, just for December, or just from Jan 2, 2022 to April 30, 2023.
Our limited December 2022 option (12/1 to 1/1) is $4000, our Jan 2nd to April 30, 2023 option is $8000+utilities or the full lease from December 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023 is $10,000+utilities.
This awesome 3200 sf house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths total. 2 king master ensuite baths, Queen with exclusive bath, and 2 Queen rooms with shared bath. Kids can share loft area or stay in your room. Also includes dry sauna, jacuzzi, foosball table, decks, garage and parking on flat property.
So far we have 4 fun, professional, ski fanatical families and kids ski racing, big mountain skiing and rec skiing/riding at Alpine, Palisades, Sugarbowl, and Northstar. On occasion, will also will be joined by a Labrador mix, and a Golden Doodle so hopefully no one is allergic to friendly fun dogs.
COVID stuff
We will require everyone to be vaccinated and boosted as available for their age group, and may require proof. We also would ask that everyone keep everyone apprised of their status and whether they are having symptoms or have tested positive during the season.
Cost (3 Options):
1. $4000 for Dec 2022 only
2. $8000+utiliites for Jan 2, 2023 thru April 30, 2023
or
3. $10,000+utilities for Dec 1 thru April 30, 2023
Cost
$5000-$10000 per family for the ski season.
