Full 5-Month Ski Lease Share in Olympic Valley / Palisades Tahoe

We have ski lease spaces open in a great, updated and modern house located in Olympic Valley ~1 mi from the base of Palisades Tahoe and on the Mountaineer route. Super convenient and no traffic getting to/from the mountain!

There are currently 2 spaces available in a 5 bedroom, 4 full bath house. The house technically sleeps 15 including a pull out sofa in one room, but we limit the lease to 13 people so everyone gets a bed (not a sofa or sofa bed) at any and all times and so there can be room for guests at times, too. The open spots are in a 3 room share that includes 2 bunk rooms (2 bunk beds in each room, sleeps 8) and a queen room with pull out full sized sofa bed (sleeps 3-4).

About Us

We are a group of professionals aged 25-55, skiers and snowboarders at varying skill levels. We enjoy a good apres session yet we are not necessarily a party house (just in case that is what you are looking for).

Love Tahoe in the Spring? Are you into mountain biking or hiking or stand-up paddling? This lease runs for 5 full months from Jan 8th – June 7th!!! You’ll get plenty of snowy AND sunny days to enjoy at this house.

* Dry sauna
* Washer and Dryer
* Bi-weekly cleaning
* Well equipped, spacious, recently renovated eat-in kitchen
* 2 separate seating areas, one with large TV (DirectTV, AppleTV, Netflix, etc)
* Decent high-speed internet/Wi-Fi (for the valley)
* Large dining table in dining area
* Ample storage + ski/board locker
* 5-6 parking spots (which is usually sufficient)
* Guests welcome for a fee; fee based on number of visits
* Occasional furry-pet visitors may be OK depending on factors and approval from owner. No regular pet members.

Cost

Rate: Final rate TBD based on number of members, ~3300-$3600 plus deposit for security, utilities, expenses ($1600). Members staying more than ~85% of the nights during the lease period will pay a “full-time surcharge” either upfront or to be deducted from deposit at the end of the lease period.

This is a great house with some super chill cool peeps and we all get along great! If you’re not into drama, then this might be the house for you. Happy to provide more details to anyone interested.
