Gorgeous Ski Lease House in Tahoe City

Join our Tahoe city ski lease and get the best of what Tahoe has to offer! 5 minutes to Alpine and 10 minutes to Palisades and walk to downtown Tahoe City. We are a group of super friendly Bay area professionals in the late 20’s-30’s age range and are looking for someone who fits a similar profile who we would enjoy riding with.

We deliberately keep the ski lease size smaller than the house will support so that everyone always has a bed and plenty of room for guests. Our ski lease runs 5 months from the middle of December to the middle of May so we capture the full ski season and all of the spring skiing. For some reason thats not very common among ski leases but its fantastic when the spring skiing is good. We are mostly looking for couples to replace the two couples who left but all will be considered =) .

This gorgeous property backs up onto Tahoe national forest and has:

– 5 bedrooms
– extra bunkbeds
– two bathrooms
– two 50 foot decks with massive grill
– huge 8 person forest facing hot tub
– pool table/ping pong table
– every room has a 4k internet enabled TV, with Dish network and expanded sports package
– washer/dryer
– the fastest internet and wifi you can get in Tahoe

Also, the pictures posted here are from a year or so ago and much of the furniture in the house has been updated.
Cost

Price is $2900 per person. We could adjust that down if we decide as a group to take more people into the ski lease. Anyone who comes on board is welcome to give input about that. We may go down to $2500 if go up to 14 or 15 people total.
