+ 2,100 sq ft two story geodesic dome house (super groovy place!)

+ 4 Bedrooms (two king-sized beds, two full sized beds, one single bed which shares a bedroom with one of the full-sized beds and that same room has a cool loft that would comfortably sleep 2-3 kids or 1-2 adults).

+2 full bathrooms

+Six (6) person private hot tub (maintained as part of the lease), new as of a year ago

+Recently remodeled kitchen with all the cookware needed for a family of 8

+ The home is perfect for two families of four with kids on the ski team at Heavenly, Sierra or Kirkwood

+ Serious skiers and snowboarders – less of a party crowd/more of a serious ski crowd (this is the wrong house if you are looking for party – our friends live next door and keep a close watch on our rental).

+ All potential members will be asked to meet with us/group in the area to chat and get to know each other

+ We strongly encourage friends to join together as well as couples

+ Note: We love pets but we cannot accommodate them in the home. Any signs of pets or cigarette smoke will incur an additional, one-time cleaning fee of $500.

Cost

The ski lease covers the following dates: January 20, 2023 – March 23, 2023.

Cost is $1,200 per person ($1,000 per person for couples or families) + $300 per person to cover regularly scheduled cleanings, hot tub upkeep, internet access, cable, snow removal, heat, water and electricity, trash removal, etc.
