January to April 2023 Tahoe Donner Shared Ski Lease w/ Hot Tub
Our Tahoe Donner 4 bedroom 2 bathroom w/ Hot tub have rooms available to share for the 2023 ski season. Each room would ideally be leased to people who would come up together, not groups of friends who will use it separately. No long term consecutive stays. The lease will be for your own private room within the shared house. The cost covers January to April 2023 and varies based on the room, plus shared cost of utilities:
Queen room (sleeps 2) – $3000
Bunk room (sleeps 3, queen + twin) – $3300
Den (sleeps 4 – full size bed + futon) – $3300
There is already a dog in the house so I’m not looking to add more. We like to sleep early and hit the slopes in the morning so looking for like-minded people.
