Luxury ski lease in Truckee with high end hot tub

Recently remodeled 3 bed/2 bath cabin, sleeps 10 (room 1 has a queen bed, room 2 has a queen and a twin bed, room 3 has a Cal King and a twin bed, loft has a queen futon.) Detached garage with room for one car in the garage and 3 additional cars in the driveway. High-end 5 person hot tub in a private mountain setting next to the house. There is an independent in law unit under the main house not included in the lease which I (the property owner) am keeping for myself but may allow lease members to use it when I’m not there.

Location

Located in the quiet Prosser Lakeview neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by a wide green belt, with a large deck overlooking tree tops and mountain views. 5 min drive to downtown Truckee, 15 min to Northstar, and 20 min to Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows aka Palisades Tahoe.

Membership Cost

$2800/person from Jan 4 to April 29, 2022.

Security & utilities deposit $1000/person.

Guests will be allowed when there is enough space in the house and there will be a guest fee of $75/guest/night which will go towards the utilities & snow removal.

* Recurring guests will not be allowed.

* Full time living will not be allowed–no more than 9 nights per stay and 5 night min gap in between consecutive stays.

* All members and guests must be fully vaccinated, get the booster if it is approved and comply with appropriate protocols that we, as a group agree on, to mitigate covid risk.

There will be a total of 10 members in the lease. May allow 1-2 well behaved dogs. Couples or pairs of friends are highly preferred as parking space is limited–street parking strictly prohibited in winter.
