Ski lease available in North Tahoe; $850 for 5 Months; no deposit is required. There is an opening for two more members in our ski lease. We are a group of Bay Area professionals, mainly 40 and older, who enjoy winter sports. Several of us are/were patrollers at Homewood, and we are friendly, mellow and are non-smokers. We limit memberships to 10 with no permanent residents in this 3-bedroom and 2 full baths house near Homewood. The lease starts December 1st and runs thru April 30th.
