Donner Summit Ski Lease – North Lake Tahoe

We have ski lease spots available in Serene Lakes, Soda Springs – a tranquil setting that accesses Royal Gorge trails. We are looking to add 2-3 additional people to our ski lease

7 mins to Sugar Bowl / 15 mins to Truckee / 30 mins to Palisades / Northstar.

We’re the owners and have ski leased the 4 bd / 3 bath cabin for 5 years.

About the cabin

The Cozy Chalet is 2080 square ft with a Weber propane BBQ grill on the front deck and a back deck facing an empty lot.

About us

We are an East Bay professional couple that loves to ski and snowboard, hike, bike and play a little tennis. We have Sugar Bowl and Ikon passes. We occupy the 3/F master bedroom and have a 14 y/o Golden Retriever that comes up occasionally. One of the 2/F bedrooms has been ski leased. This is a part time ski lease share – not a full time living space. You must have another full time residence. May NOT sublet or STR the room – not that you would, just had to put it out there. Respectful and easy going guests allowed at $80- / night.

Cost

Room 1: Twin over full bunk bed Bonus Room w private bathroom @ $5,000 for two people. Additional child @ $1,000-.
Room 2: Queen bed @ $2,400- / person with shared bathroom may be available.

The cabin ski lease share is available 17 weekends and occasional weekdays. Figure around 50 days or about $50-/night when you get done with the math.
