This is a ski lease share of a luxury two bedroom two bathroom condo in Truckee.

Available approximately 2 weeks per month including weekends on Non Holiday Weeks and Non Holiday Weekends only. Can be adjusted to two longer weekends per month. We own the place, ski a fair bit, but cannot be at Truckee all the time and are looking for reliable partners. We also vacation rent it especially at holiday periods.

Luxury condo, super conveniently located, at Deerfield Drive off Hwy 89 near Interstate 80. Walk to grocery stores, Starbucks, several restaurants, CVS, a ski/bike shop. Five minutes to Downtown Truckee.

One King in master, with en suite bathroom, Queen in second bedroom, and has a bathroom next to it. Pullout sofa bed has a memory foam mattress. Mattresses are new as of 2020, and the furnishings are mostly all new, and some are custom made.

Attached one car garage for easy loading and unloading out of the snow. Ski storage in garage, and a ski locker is available. Washer and dryer. Nice patio with a grill. Fully stocked kitchen with condiments. Common area hot tub, sauna and exercise room about 150 steps away. Two small work areas with good wifi.

No pets are allowed to renters in the Boulders Condominiums per the HOA rules.

Palisades Tahoe, Northstar and Sugar bowl all within 15-20 minutes drive. Bus-line is a 5 minute walk out to Hwy 89 and goes straight to Palisades.

Cost

$2000-2500 negotiable per month for 1/2 time use
