North Tahoe Truckee Ski Lease Share

We have two to four available membership spots in our ski lease in Truckee/Donner Lake area. The three-level, three bedroom, three full bath house features a 1st floor rec room with 8-ft pool table and wet bar that also serves as a guest suite. Other features: wood-burning stove, 400-Mb internet, large-screen TVs, hot tub, level driveway with 2-car attached garage.

Two queen bedrooms are available for exclusive use Jan. 2-Apr. 30.

Cost

$4800 per couple.

Include holiday dates Dec. 24- Jan. 2, add $3500 on top of the above cost.

$50 guest fee per nite.

Utilities, Internet, Snow removal included. Would also be open to singles open to sharing a room. Dogs considered for extra fee. Preference to Ikon pass holders.
