South Lake Ski Lease Share (Jan – April 2023)

Hi! We’re seeking three skiers/boarders for our spacious and conveniently located 2023 ski lease in South Lake Tahoe in the Tahoe Keys. We’ll cap it at 10 total people for everyone’s comfort.

About the house:

Located in the scenic Tahoe Keys on the water
Nearby resorts: 15 min to Heavenly and 40 min to Kirkwood
4 BR, 3BA, 2 stories
Plenty of beds and sofas (6 beds + 1 sleeper sofa + room for air mattresses, etc.)
Cable TV and WiFi
No hot-tub
1 garage spot + long driveway for 4-5 cars
Close to the beach, shops, supermarkets and casinos

About the ski lease:

Dates of the lease: Jan 3 – April 30, 2023 (exact dates TBD)
Cost for the season: $1950 per person + $250 refundable sec deposit = $2200
$1950 includes rent, est utils, house supplies, end-of-season cleaning, etc.
We’ll return any leftovers from utilities, house supplies, & guest fees
24/7 access but no full-time living (e.g. not a primary WFH residence)
No pets and no indoor smoking
Full vaccination for COVID-19 required

Guest policy (keeps things running smoothly):
Guest fees – $40/night for 6 nights and $75/night thereafter for 4 additional nights
Guest fees – Each guest can stay 10 nights max over the whole season
Members get first dibs on beds and sofa-beds
Guests are welcome to use any remaining beds/sofas
We should have several air mattresses, but guests can also bring their own
Guests must have full vaccination for COVID-19

We’re a group of guys & gals, all professionals located in the Bay Area
Mix of snowboarders and skiers of all levels
Mix of friends who have been in ski leases together
Majority of us have Epic passes and frequently ski Heavenly & Kirkwood
