South Lake Tahoe 5 bedroom Ski Lease Share

We have a few spots left for weekday ski lease memberships in South Lake Tahoe.

Most of the group from last year are returning so looking to add a few more chill people. The group dynamic is mid 20s – 30s with a mix of skiers and snowboards. Everyone is pretty chill with no drama. We all live and work in the Bay Area, so most are weekend riders.

Located near the Y (about 10 mins from Heavenly, 35 from Kirkwood, 45 to Squaw).

Cost

Usage: (the price below is for the entire season not monthly)
Season (Dec (excluding Christmas) – April)
$1800/per person for weekday (Monday – Thursday)
+ $200 cleaner fee (covers the entire season)
+ $200 returnable deposit

The House

5 Bedrooms, 9 beds, 2 bathrooms with a two-car garage and plenty of driveway parking.

-Bedroom 1: downstairs master with a king-sized bed
-Bedroom 2: upstairs master with queen bed and bathroom access
-Bedroom 3: upstairs, Bunk bed: twin bed above full bed with twin pull out
-Bedroom 4: upstairs, Queen bed
-Bedroom 5: upstairs, Queen bed and queen futon with outside deck access
*bonus/den room: downstairs, Queen pullout couch

Bathroom 1: full bath, upstairs, attached to the primary bedroom
Bathroom 2: full bath, downstairs
