South Lake Tahoe ski lease, utilities, fast wifi, hot tub maintenance, plow service included

We have a few spots open in our long-running ski lease in Christmas Valley, South Lake Tahoe. We only have 8 members total each year. It’s a great location for Kirkwood, touring, and Heavenly.

We’re a group of skiers in our 30s/40s who live and work in the Bay Area. We don’t party or stay up late and like to cook dinner together, hang out, and get up early to head to the mountain.

The ski lease is very well run with policies for scheduling, guests, and other logistics. No children, no pets, and no long-term stays are allowed. The longest extended stay is 10 days in a row once a month, no restrictions on shorter trips.

The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view, hot tub, deck, modern appliances, fast wifi, flat driveway, attached 2 car garage, mud room, and plow service.

Lease dates: 1/4/2024-4/21/2024

Membership fee: $2,200 per person for the whole season, utilities, hot tub maintenance, and plow service included
