Palisades Tahoe Ski Lease walk to lifts w/ Hot Tub and BBQ 5 Bedroom 4 Bath
Our ski lease is minutes walking or a 1 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley).
Very roomy home with a hot tub with views of KT-22. Sleeps 12 to 15 people. Skip all the traffic going to/from the mountain!
The lease is from Jan 9, 2023 to May 16, 2023.

– Library has Twin Daybed w/ Twin Trundle, Family Room has 2 Queen futons, and Sleeping loft has 1 King, 1 Twin mattress
– 4 full bathrooms
The house is also on the service route for the Mountaineer, which is the free in-valley shuttle that will take you anywhere in the valley for free.

Located in the more desirable West end of the valley, less than 1/2 mile to the Squaw Valley parking lots.
Our group is made up of young professionals in our 30’s and 40’s from San Francisco working in tech, finance, and health care. There is a good mix of snowboarders/skiers (guys and gals) who have skied/ridden at Squaw/Alpine for many years. We make the most of the day whether it be on the mountain or in the village for apres. Our group also travels for skiing and riding domestically and internationally, plans gourmet meals and vin chaud every weekend, and builds (while also depleting) our wine and liquor collections!
If you are interested, please kindly fill out the form below. We are capping membership at 15 people (11 confirmed currently) so that there is plenty of space for guests. We do not have anyone living at the house full time. The ski lease is not to be used like a full time residence.
Rent: $3,300
Security & utilities deposit: $1,700 (partially refundable at end of season)
Note, additional guest fees will offset a portion of these expenses:
$65 per night per guest for the first six (6) nights, then $95 thereafter for the same guest.
The utilities are shared by all lease members.
Please no pets.
