We have a ski lease share available near Sugar Bowl – North Lake Tahoe for an individual or couple – next door to Royal Gorge Resort.

10 mins to Truckee / 30 mins to Palisades / Alpine Meadows / Northstar.

About the cabin:

The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom cabin has a Weber propane BBQ grill on the front deck.

Flat driveway parking for up to 4 cars

About us

We are Bay Area professionals. An SF couple and their Aussie shepherd ski lease the 1/F Bonus Room. An SF Sugar Bowl patroller ski leases the other 2/F bedroom. We live in the East Bay and come up most weekends. We’re in the 3/F master bedroom and have a Golden Retriever that joins us occasionally and a kitty that doesn’t so much. We love to ski and snowboard, hike, bike and play a little tennis. We have Sugar Bowl and Ikon passes. Ski Lease members occasionally ski together, apres, organize group dinners and/or head into Truckee for dinner. This is a part time ski lease share – not a full time living space. May NOT sublet or STR the room. Looking for respectful, easygoing, no drama individuals. We’re the owners and have ski leased / shared the cabin for 6 years. No smoking / vaping.

Cost:

2/F Bedroom: Queen bed @ $2,600- / 1 person or $4,800- / couple with shared 2/F bathroom. Assigned room for the duration. The cabin ski lease share is available 17 weekends and most weekdays, up to 50 nights total / ski lease member. There won’t be access to the cabin during the holidays. If you’d like, holidays are available to reserve via Airbnb. Professional house cleaning before and after each holiday stay.
