Tahoe City one large bedroom in beautiful house

Available to ski lease is a massive one bedroom in a beautiful house located in Tahoe City. The lease goes from now until end of April.

The bedroom has a king bed, large sitting area (room for another blow up mattress), large desk, pot belly fireplace, and attached laundry room.

The house has two other bedrooms with three other people total. The three other people are close friends of mine and all are professionals. The house has a beautiful fenced yard and huge hot tub. Parking for three cars.

We are asking $3000 total for one person or $4000 total for two people. We originally paid $3400 a month for the one room. We must find new people to fill the house since I had a very bad injury this month boarding and needed surgery.
