Tahoe City Ski Lease Share

We have a few slots open in our ski lease in Tahoe City. This is a ski share only, we can not accommodate full time members.

We are a group of Bay Area professionals in our 30s & 40s who have been in this house for 4 years. Most of us ski/board at Alpine Meadows, a 20 minute drive away. Palisades, Northstar and Homewood are all also within 20-25 minutes. The home is just a few steps away from a great network of trails and there is fantastic XC and snow-shoeing right out the door! We’re seeking additional members interested to join our laid-back home. We all enjoy skiing together, group dinners at home or in town, and relaxing evenings. This is not a party house.

The home is 3000 sq ft, 4br/2.5ba with a lake view. Older home, but fully updated with new furniture, bedding, fully stocked kitchen equipment. We have parking for 5-6 cars and a dining table that seats 8 plus four counter/bar seats.

Beds are a mix of kings and queens, and we have a futon and a blow up single for overflow. Room/beds are first come, first serve and members get priority over guests.

There are two shared living spaces – a great room with fireplace/open to kitchen on 2nd floor and smaller den with TV on first floor. Large deck with gas and charcoal/smoker grills (when accessible, depending on snow and shoveling) and a great outdoor sauna.

Ski lease dates are Dec 1 – May 5. Adults only. Dog friendly ($200 supplemental fee applies for dog membership). Utilities and snow plow are included. Ski lease members are responsible for minor shoveling to supplement plow service. Professional cleaning services are not included, but in the past we have opted for a periodic cleaning service and pooled resources to cover.
