Tahoe Donner 23/24 shared ski lease

We are looking for one or two couples and or a few singles to round out our shared ski lease. Total of 8 people. The ski lease starts Dec 1st and ends April 1st.

This is not a full time winter rental (ski lease members will have primary residence. The only blackout weekend is Super Bowl weekend.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus loft. Upstairs bedroom has king bed plus futon. Loft has two twins, First downstairs bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a full bed. The house is fully furnished. The house has garage for storage of ski gear and tuning. Ski lease price includes driveway snow removal and all utilities except propane ( that should be around $25 per person per month). House has Wi-Fi, Amazon fire stick with lots of channels. There are also guest passes that allow access to the rec center (gym, pools, hot tubs, sauna).Guests pay the daily rec fee. All the amenities and prices are available on Tahoe Donner’s website. Guests are $50 a night if there is room.

We are a couple in our fifties that have Sugar Bowl and Ikon passes. We really enjoy the social aspect of the ski lease. We have done it 4 out of the last 5 years. We do get up and ski so not a late night party house. No smoking, no pets. Please reach out with questions. We can send pictures and or do a FaceTime call to see house.
