Tahoe Keys Ski Lease Close to Heavenly & Kirkwood Ski Resorts

Location:
The house is located in the Tahoe Keys area near the lake.  We are located approximately 30 minutes from Kirkwood (weather depending) and 10 minutes from Heavenly.

Cost:
The cost to join is around $725 per person for the entire season.  This allows you to use the cabin anytime during the season.

Duration of Lease:
The lease runs from January 3, 2012 through April 30, 2012.

Guest fees:
The guest fees are $20/ night for weekday and weekend.  You can bring as many guests as space available (within reason).

Ski Lease Group Description:
We’re a fun-loving and responsible group of Bay Area professionals in our late 20’s to early 30’s, located mainly in the South Bay.  We work at a variety of Bay Area tech firms.  Most people will be riding at Kirkwood, though we have a few that go to Heavenly and Northstar.  We often do large meals on Saturday nights and breakfast for Saturday and Sunday mornings.  While our focus is on riding/ skiing, we do enjoy time in the South Lake Tahoe area as well.  Been riding and skiing together for several years in different ski leases.  This season, we have a few spots open for new members.

The House:
The house is amazing cabin in the Tahoe Keys area of South Lake Tahoe.  It has:

• Four bedroom and three and half bathrooms
• Garage parking for 2 cars, driveway parking for 6 cars
• Massive living room for hanging out
• Natural gas BBQ on patio for grilling
• Great location near the Tahoe Y.  Close to Raley’s (for food and drink), a sports bar, several restaurants, and short drive to the casinos
• Large screen TV
• WiFi access
• Plenty of space to store gear at the house
