Location: North Lake Tahoe and Tahoe City

We are looking for 1 more person to join our ski lease. There are currently 6 people and 1 Boston terrier commited to the lease. The lease begins January 6, 2012 and ends May 7, 2012. The house is nestled in the Talmont/Sunnyside community of Tahoe City in North Lake Tahoe, CA. Total rent + snow plowing and utilities will be $326/month/pp x4 months due in full by November 28th. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a 6 person hot tub. Most of us reside and work in SF, and 3 of us have been in ski leases together in the past. We are fun, laid-back but also responsible individuals that like to have a good time. Some of us prefer to head up mid-week and others only on the weekends. Please inquire if you feel like you would be a great addition to our ski house.
