THE 2023 – 8 YEARS RUNNING – SUPER PALISADES SKI LEASE

In the heart of Olympic Valley, we have a few select spots for new members to join our social, courteous, and adventurous ski lease group for the 2023 season.

The “Palisades” Ski Lease for 2022/23 starts on Jan 8 to May 22, 2023 for a total of 4.5 months. PLUS We have a bonus 2 weeks negotiated from November 29 to December 15, 2022.

About us

The group is made up of mainly professionals in their 30’s, and 40’s, from San Francisco/Bay Area working in tech, finance, medical professions etc.
All lease members for 2023 and guests will need to be vaccinated.
We do not have anyone living at the house full time. As this is a big, complex and luxury lease, it is professionally run by me- the lease manager who receives a small fee included per person to compensate for the time involved in acquiring the house, recruiting members, managing between the property manager, owner and lease members, for the 5 months, controlling utilities and expenses, ramping down the lease, plus my risk exposure as the master lease holder.
There is an agreement that you’ll need to sign with a COVID waiver.

Fees:
Ski Lease Share Membership is $3,550 per person. Due by October 30. PLUS a separate security and utilities deposit on top of $1,000/person – payable now to secure your spot. This lease sold out in 5 days last year.

Utilities used during the season will be taken out of the deposit for Electric, gas, periodic hot tub cleaning service, cleaning, direct TV, propane, etc. The utilities are shared by all lease members. Note, the guest fees usually offset a substantial portion of these expenses.The net deposit (of damages, utilities) will be refunded after the season ends. Most years members get back more than 50% of their deposit.

Guest fees: $65 per night per guest for the first six (6) nights, then $95 thereafter for the same guest (limit 12 nights- unless prior permission).
