North Lake Tahoe, Truckee Contemporary 2 bedroom Condo Ski Lease Share

We are looking for a family or individuals to share our Condo with us this winter. We are flexible on the terms and duration. Renting it during the other seasons is also welcome. What we are hoping for is to share our condo with another family or two through the winter season and/or the other seasons. Our Condo sleeps 8 guests easily. 4 adults and 4 kids is ideal. It is also a Dog friendly place. You would have the Condo to yourself when you are using it and would be renting out the entire unit. We would negotiate a few weekends for our use over the winter.

About the condo

Recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo. The loft has plenty of seating and a 65″ TV for movie night. The loft also sleeps up to five, with pull-out beds and futon couch. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gourmet espresso maker. The cozy family room has a fireplace and deck with a panoramic forest view. The workstation is nestled next to the family room. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck, and its own vanity with sink. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms include a TV. The WIFI is the fastest available. There is one dedicated covered parking stall and two first come/first serve covered guest parking stalls. View condo photos.

Cost

The Condo is available the month of May for $3500. This includes all utilities. Condo sleeps 8 guest easily. 4 adults and 4 kids is ideal for 8. It is also a Dog friendly place.
