We have memberships available in our 5-month winter ski lease in Olympic Valley. The house is ideally located – only one mile to the lifts and Village at Palisades. Luxury amenity: take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off between the house and anywhere in the valley. Palisades will be charging for parking this year so this is a huge benefit.
Join our Alpine Meadows Ski Lease in a Spacious 4 Bedroom House w/ 1 Bedroom detached apartment. We have 4-6 membership spots for individuals to join our ski lease in Alpine Meadows, with easy access to the mountain with the free, on-demand Mountaineer Shuttle so there is no need to worry about the obnoxious parking reservation system! We are a group of 30-40 year old professionals who like to ski in and occasionally out of bounds with varying levels of skill. We will also take applications for additional mid-week memberships for a reduced rate of $2000.

The property was built by coaches and members of the U.S. Olympic and World Cup Ski and Cycling Teams and includes 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The house was recently renovated with an updated open-concept kitchen and high-end appliances. Amenities: hot tub and dry sauna.

We are looking for individuals, couples, or families who are looking for a family-friendly ski share, with dedicated bedroom assigned (weekend full share is now full, and weekday share members would share a dedicated space). We have several options for shi shares including weekends only starting at $2500 (great for ski team families), weekdays only (great for flexible schedules) or full share options.
We are a group of 4, 30-40 year old professionals looking for 1-2 people to join our small cozy cabin in Tahoe City from Jan 5th – May 5th. Laidback group, enjoy apres but like to hit the mountains early so not late night partiers. We primarily ski at Palisades / Alpine (intermediate / advanced skiers) although a few of us do backcountry ski sometimes.
We’re primarily looking for singles to take the twin beds in the 4th bedroom but ski lease members will have opportunities to stay in the 2 private rooms with queen beds. Prime location: it’s walking distance to Safeway and Grocery Outlet plus several other shops/restaurants.
