We have 8-10 membership spots left in our ski cabin. Located in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, the house is easily accessible from Highway 80, and 10 minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also convenient to several ski resorts including Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and others.
Join a group of fun, mature, highly successful, professional après ski loving, cooking/ eating skiers and boarders, many who have been in the group for several years. We are both responsible, and fun. We set up the house for optimal sharing- mix of mid week with weekenders, couples to singles to share utility costs but not overfill the house ever.
Friendly ski lease in a modern updated house on Donner Summit. Located just off I-80 at the Sugar Bowl exit, this home is adjacent to groceries, 5 minutes to Sugar Bowl and Boreal, and 30 to Palisades. We enjoy relaxed, friendly folks who love the mountains and making friends. Skiiers and boarders welcome. The lease runs from Jan. 2 – April 30, 2023 (4 months). Offering full access ($1600) and midweek-only ($1200) memberships to a max of 15 people.
Looking to add members to our ski lease home! House is located in Truckee/Tahoe Donner. Ski lease is from 12/1 through 4/30 (usually). Fun group that likes to ski/board and hang together. We all hold the Ikon pass. We’re all late 30s/early 40s, but still drink and have fun nights! Rent amount is approximate and dependent on the number of house members.
THIS SKI LEASE IS NOW FULL AS OF 11/17/23. We have a beautiful Tahoe City condo with lake views and hot tub. We are looking for a few more members, singles, and couples, to join our group. The condo is in the St Francis Lakeside Condominium complex, one mile north of downtown Tahoe City. Lease runs Dec 2023 – April 2024.

This listing is full as of 11/02/2023. We are seeking a couple or a small family to share our ski lease at Carnelian Woods Condominium from December 1st through April 30th. Carnelian Bay is only a 20-minute drive from Palisades and Northstar, and traffic is typically lighter compared to Tahoe Donner. master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, which will be exclusively yours for the season. If you are a family, you will also have access to a second, smaller bedroom.
We’re a group of Fun Bay area down to earth mostly entrepreneurs (both families and individuals) – 40s and 50s. Primarily Palisades skiers. The house is newly remodeled just outside Tahoe Donner but close to the exit (actually both exits just off Schussing) on gated acreage. Unlimited parking, privacy, low density lease. We have ski lease share membership spots for single, couple or family. Cost varies based on type.
