5-month lease available beginning December 5 until May 4 (there is an option for a four-month lease at a higher monthly price starting January 8); Maximum of 8 occupants in the ski lease. There will be no refunds if any of the mountain resorts do not open or close early due to the pandemic.
Security deposit for the 5-month lease is $3,250; monthly rent is $3,250 or $16,250 total; Internet/wifi, water, sewer, trash, and parking lot/walkway snow clearing are INCLUDED, a deposit protection plan will need to be purchased by tenants ($3,000 minimum in coverage for accidental damages); electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and estimated gas bill will be paid up front. The payment is subject to change at the end of the lease if fixed costs are much greater than what was collected at the start of the lease. Additional fees are a monthly cleaning fee of $225. This is the actual cost of a cleaning and includes changing out the bedroom and bathroom linens (provided).
