This great family getaway is located in the quiet neighborhood of Ridgewood Highlands. A Non-Smoking, three bedroom/1 sleeping loft home sits on a large sunny 3/4 acre lot just a short distance from the lake. The main house, an A-Frame, has two private bedrooms, one sleeping loft and two full baths – a futon and a twin size day bed in the living room can sleep an additional 3 people.

A private Studio, is located above the garage (separate unit), is complete with its own living area, lake view balcony, television, queen size bed and full bath with a soaking tub and shower. Both the A-Frame and the Studio are tastefully decorated throughout and detailed with natural wood trim retaining the mountain feel of Lake Tahoe. Towering pines surround the private lot which features large sunny decks with beautiful views of the lake.

Lodging is centrally located along the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, only 10 minutes from Tahoe City. Close to the lake, you can rent kayaks or canoes or just enjoy the sunny shores of Carnelian Bay. Ski areas including: Squaw Valley, Alpine, Northstar, Homewood and Diamond Peak are about 15 minutes away. Just up the street there are great mountain biking and hiking trails. The North Shore Casinos are about a 10 minute drive and Brockway Golf Course is a 5 minute drive. Warm up after a full day of skiing in a 7 person HOT TUB under the stars or by the natural stone fireplace in the living room. Relax and enjoy this great all Season Mountain home!
