Townhouse Rental Description

Looking for a cost effective getaway for family and friends? Pass on the hotel and consider renting a comfortable home instead where you can cook, relax by the fire or bbq. If dining, shopping and casinos are your thing – all are less than 10 minutes from the house. The mountains really are a great “anytime of the year” getaway.

Lake Village is a community of townhomes on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. Our place is less than 1 mile north of the casinos at Stateline (map the address below). The nearest ski resort is Heavenly – about a 10 minute drive to the Gondola or Nevada side of the mountain up Kingsbury Grade. A great trail is conveniently located just steps from our front door. It’s a easy bike ride, hike or run to the lake shore. Great location and close to everything in South Lake!

Our updated townhouse is a 2 bedroom plus a loft (3 levels). It’s 1,223 sq ft. with lovely forest views from 2 decks. An end unit, it’s tucked away by the forest area. You can start the morning with a nice stroll amidst the pine trees (like many of our neighbors do). Recent updates to the home include an updated water heater and roof.

We look forward to sharing our comfortable and well maintained vacation home with you to enjoy with friends and family.

- $100/nt weeknight, $120/nt weekend
- $140/night (3 night minimum) for President’s Day, MLK, Memorial Day and Labor Day
- $150/night (4 night minimum) for July 4th, Thanksgiving
- $280/night (4 night minimum) for X-MAS & New Years

Extras: 13% NV Tax + $110 cleaning fee
