Rental Rates:

Winter Rates: $1250.00/per month plus utilities. Snow plowing included (Dec 15 – April 14)
Summer Rates: $1250.00/week includes private beach, pool, and Tennis Courts and shuttle. (June 15 – Labor Day)

A cleaning fee of $150.00 and a refundable security deposit is required.
