Both rentals are less than 1 minute to the Stagecoach Express High Speed Ski Lift at Heavenly; 4 miles to the Casinos and the Lake Tahoe Beaches;1/2 hour drive to Kirkwood Ski Resort. 45-60 minutes to North Lake Tahoe ski resorts.

Accommodations:
Both properties are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom homes. Both Sleep 8 people on 4 queen beds.
