We’re a down-to-earth, 21+ ski and social club with a year-round lodge in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe.
Founded in the 1960s, Après is built for shared adventures, chill vibes, and spontaneous hangouts. 💬
🏔️ What We’re About
- Cozy bunk-style/shared room lodge just a few blocks from Lake Tahoe (8473 Rainbow Ave) (Daily rate $40-60, see Apres website for details).
- Adults-only (21+) club, for folks who love outdoor adventures and communal living.
- Year-round action (hosted by members): ski trips, summer hikes, beach hangs, river floats, bike rides, and whatever else members dream up.
- Friendly community: think more shared house, less hotel. You’ll share meals, chores, couches, gear tips, and good stories around the fireplace or hot tub.
🔥 What Makes Us Different
- Community > luxury: We’re about shared space and social sparks, not private suites.
- No carpool list? No problem. SnowPals’ rideshare network makes it easy to coordinate with others getting up the mountain.
- Monthly Happy Hours: Every first Friday—join in person in the Bay Area or hop into Zoom with a drink in hand.
- Events by members, for members: from impromptu potlucks and game nights to sunrise hikes and kayak days, it’s all fair game. Just say yes.

- Be 21+
- Commit to share a few light chores and keep things clean while you stay. Teamwork keeps fees low 🙌

- Pay the one-time $100 sign-up + $150 yearly dues 💸 (visit apres.org for latest pricing)
