Looking for one family who wants this well appointed cabin all to their selves for ½ of the weeks
between 11-26 & 4-29-25 (11 full weeks: Tuesday afternoon to Tuesday morning). It has 3 bedrooms+
loft, 2 bath (sleeps 9). $17,500 + shared utilities and ½ snow plow. We will work with
your family’s schedule to divide up the weeks (our kids are in college you are welcome to the school
holiday weeks).

We are looking for one family who wants this well appointed cabin all to their selves for ½ of the weeks
between 11-26 and 4-29-25 (11 full weeks). It has 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 baths and sleeps 9. It is located
in Tahoe Donner. $17,500 + shared utilities and ½ snow plow. We will work with your family’s schedule to
divide up the weeks. Our kids are in college, so the school holidays can be available for your family to
use.

This stunning property is nestled in the scenic Tahoe Donner community in Truckee, CA.
This charming home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an expansive loft (3 extra beds:
2 x singles, 1x double), sleeping up to 9 people.

It offers ample space for comfortable living and entertaining. Upon entering, you’ll be
greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the abundance of natural light
that fills the open-concept floor plan. The living area features a cozy fireplace, creating the
perfect ambiance for relaxation on chilly evenings. The well-appointed kitchen is a culinary
enthusiast’s dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a
convenient breakfast bar. Prepare delicious meals and gather with loved ones in the
adjacent dining area. The deck is right off of the living room and has a HotSpring saltwater
spa. The deck also has a large teak table with 6 chairs and a weber grill.

The bedrooms are generously sized and provide a peaceful retreat after a long day. The
primary bedroom features a cal-King sized bed and en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy
and convenience. The bathroom includes a steam-shower. There are two locking walk in
closets, so one will be all for your family to store items in.

Upstairs, the expansive loft offers foosball, video games, darts, a keyboard and additional
sleeping area for guests.

Downstairs there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The first has a queen size bed.
The second has a Cal-King.

There is a two-car garage with ski storage and another locking cabinet for your family to
use. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

We prefer the ‘self-clean’ method, where each family is responsible for leaving the house
clean and ready for the next family to use.

This home is part of the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association, granting you access to an

Half of the snow plow cost is $650. We use Elements. Electric and water will be shared based on the usage amount that show up in TDPUD for your
weeks. Gas will be divided based on the same % used for electric and water for that month.
