2024-2025 South Lake Tahoe – Small Group Ski Lease with 4-7 spots available.
Looking to fill spots in a smaller ski-lease group. Ideal for either one family (6/7 max), or
2-3 couples who are friends/family, wanting 2 or 3 designated bedrooms for the season.
* You will have the place all to yourselves during your scheduled time!
* No need to pack and unpack each week – Just bring yourselves!
* Designated bedroom(s) – for your use only, for the duration of the lease.
NOTE: This is a 4 B/R cabin of which one of the 4 designated bedrooms is spoken for
(limited /part-time use). The other couple is flexible to occupy during alternate days/weeks.
You will never have to share the space during your scheduled time at the cabin.
5-MONTH SKI-LEASE DATES: 11/15/2024 – 4/15/25 or 12/1/2024 – 4/30/2025

WEEKLY CONSISTENT – weekend OR weekday options –
3-nights – weekends or weekdays (3 days out of 7 = 42.85% of mo. gas/elec).
* 3 weekend nights (Thurs – Sat or Fri – Sun)
* 3 weekday nights (Sun – Tues or Mon – Wed. or Tues – Thurs)
4-nights – weekends or weekdays (4 days out of 7 = 57.14% of mo. gas/elec).
5- weekday nights – Sun – Thurs (5 out of 7 = 71.43% of mo. gas/elec).
ALTERNATING WEEKLY ROTATION – (50% of monthly gas/elec.)
3 weekend nights (Thurs – Sat. or Fri – Sun.) OR
* 4 weekday nights (Sun – Wed. or Mon – Thurs.) OR
* 3 day/4 day rotation
* Weekly – 7 days on / 7 days off
* Bi-weekly – 14/15 days on / 14/15 days off

+ Parking – on paved driveway for 3 mid-size cars
+ Utilities – WiFi, Water, garbage, sewer (NOT included – your % of gas/elec.)
+ Tankless water-heater – endless hot water! No wait time in-between showers!
+ Central heat throughout (new 2024), as well as 1 gas fireplace
+ Fully stocked kitchen – stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils,
toaster, blender, griddle, 12-cup coffee maker and/or Keurig coffee maker
+ Bed linens – sheets, blankets, pillows, bedspread and shams.
+ Towels – bath towels, hand towels, face/washcloths.
Fully furnished cabin:
+ Central heat throughout (new 2024), as well as 1 gas fireplace
+ Living rm – 2 loveseats, 2 club chairs, gas f/p, 55” Smart TV
+ Dining area – table and chairs for 6-7
+ 2 or 3 bedrooms – locking clothes closet, dresser, ski rack
+ 1 ½ bathrooms – endless hot water for back to back showers
+ Laundry/Storage- washer/dryer, secure lockers, small TV area
+ Covered front porch – outdoor seating in snow-season
TWO or THREE DESIGNATED BEDROOMS – max 6 (7 th member or occasional guest/twin
bed possibility). Let us know what your group needs!

Rm # 3 – Two twins (or 2 twins that can be set up as king-converter upon request)
1 ½ BATHS – Tankless Water Heater – Endless supply of hot water!
* Full bathroom downstairs – toilet, sink, stall shower (no wait in-between showers!)
* ½ bathroom upstairs – toilet, sink
WASHER/DRYER – laundry / storage room located inside cabin
COST:
$15,000 – $21,000 which equates to $3,000 – $4,200 per mo. or $600 -$750 per month,
per member, depending on number of members in your group and # of bedrooms and #
of days scheduled per month.
+ $2,000 Refundable Security Deposit paid upfront
+ $500 Departure Cleaning Fee
+ Shared % of gas/electricity – est. Deposit paid upfront
* Holidays – We can discuss to negotiate additional holiday days as desired (Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years, etc.)
SELF-CLEANING
Each family/group is responsible for leaving the common areas: kitchen, bathrooms and
living room tidy and ready for the next family/group to use each week. Housekeeping or
laundry services can be arranged during the lease at an additional cost.
NOTES:
– NO pets
– NO smoking
– NO sub-leasing – members only
* MAX. occupancy is 7 at all times. (6 preferable with 7th member or occasional guest subject to approval).
