DEDICATED BEDROOM/BATHROOM FOR ENTIRE SKI SEASON – 11/15/24 to 4/30/25

Beautifully maintained and furnished 4-Bdrm. 3 1/2 Bath home with level driveway and two-car garage in lower Tahoe Donner. Easy access to and from all North Tahoe ski resorts.

Looking for single or couple to join our small group for the 2024-2025 ski season.

You will have your own room and full bath for the entire ski lease. House amenities include a large, well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and a beautifully furnished great room on the main level with a large screen tv and entertainment center. There is excellent WiFi and cell service throughout the residence.

There is no need to haul your ski equipment back and forth. Leave all your personal items in your bedroom reserved for your exclusive use. The garage also has a heated boot closet and plenty of room to store your ski/ride equipment.

We are non-smoking, low-key group of advanced skiers in our 60’s/70’s. We are a friendly group who enjoy apres-ski, shared meals in the residence, and quiet evenings.

Our group is small by design as we all wish to enjoy this beautiful residence with great convenience to skiing and plenty of privacy.

This is our first opening in this ski lease in many years, and we welcome your interest if this type of unique ski share might hold appeal to you.
