Tahoe Donner Spacious 4-Bedroom Ski Lease Share with Hot Tub and Level Parking

About Us:

We are six Bay Area professionals in our 30s who love the outdoors. We make the most of Tahoe winters and are all seasonal athletes who enjoy running, swimming, and climbing. We also love cooking (Greek, Chinese, Irish, Japanese) and enjoy chatting and sharing our meals together after a day of skiing. Each year, our ski lease grows, and we’re happy to welcome more friends into our group!

About the Ski Lease

The lease runs from January 3rd to May 3rd, 2025, with no blackout dates—so you can head up whenever it suits you!

The house is a 2,682 sqft, 4-bedroom, 4-bath place in Tahoe Donner, 25 minutes from Palisades Tahoe and 30 minutes from Northstar. It’s got a hot tub to unwind for après-ski and level parking for easy access in snowy conditions (we’ve done steep driveways before – never again). With three double beds and four single beds, there’s always a bed for leaseholders—no need to worry about finding a place to sleep.

You’re welcome to invite guests for a small fee (usually $50 per night, but TBD). While they won’t be guaranteed a bed, they can crash on a couch or airbed if all the beds are taken.

We’re looking for two more laid-back folks who enjoy making the most of ski season. If you’re someone who loves hitting the slopes, appreciates a good meal shared with friends, and values a chill, respectful vibe at home, then you’ll fit right in

$3,600 per person for the season + $625 refundable deposit
Utilities are excluded (but are usually covered by guest fees)
