OUR  CABINS

3 cabins, one cabin is your home, but you have access to the
others!

(1) NORTH TAHOE at TAHOE VISTA @ Birch Ave, Tahoe Vista Quick 7 min to Northstar, 23 min to Palisades Tahoe. Hot tub, plenty of parking and a great location

(2) SOUTH TAHOE AT HEAVENLY BY THE LIFTS! SKI-IN/OUT!! @ Bonnie Drive, Stateline, NV On the Slopes of Heavenly Nevada Side; only 4 min walk to Boulder lift, 4 min drive to Stagecoach Hot tub, sauna, and a great view

(3) TRUCKEE LODGE! @ Tahoe Donner Situated in Tahoe Donner with easy access to Palisades and to Northstar  Hot tub and HOA amenities such as a Gym, pool, hot tubs,saunas, etc

Most Cabin Members are in their upper 20s, 30s, or 40s. All UD Cabin Members have been screened and risk losing their cabin membership, deposit, and regular UD Membership if they are irresponsible at the cabin. We stress fun, safety, and responsibility. Each member is entrusted with an electronic key to the cabin, and must obey all the cabin rules and regulations. All of the cabin members have to be approved by the other cabin members or UD staff before they can join the cabin membership. If you are not approved, your payment will be refunded but 4% less for credit card fees.

 

Fast Facts About Our Cabins

Occupancy	We sign up about 16-20 south and 20 north Cabin Members (North shore is bigger and will have more)
Organized:	We have been doing it for 10 years, and we are organized around fun, ease; for everyone and no drama! It is all about having some other amazing people to hit the slopes with, cook ,a great dinner with, socialize and enjoy some crazy group nights out.
COST: Cabin spots fill up each year months before snow falls	$2395 Depending on how early you sign up (visit www.tahoe.urbandiversion.com, then for pricing, click on the cabin you're interested in as your home cabin)
Utility  Deposit	$250 - Each cabin member must submit a $250 refundable utility deposit.
Guest Rules	Cabin members can bring up to 1 guest Guest fees are:  $45/nt GUEST MAX: Any guest who has been at any of the cabins more than 8 nights total in the year, will need to join the membership or pay 2x nightly rate $90/nt. If you wish to bring more than 1 guest, you must post to the group close to the date to see if room will be available.
Blackout Dates	Two cabins have Xmas & NYE and days around them are blacked out. One cabin has no blackout dates and all members are welcome at the cabin on those dates
