Friendly ski lease in a modern updated house on Donner Summit. We are a group of 30s-50s professionals from the Bay and Sacramento areas, this is our third year. We enjoy relaxed, friendly folks who love the mountains and making friends. Skiiers, back country, x-country and boarders welcome! Easygoing mountain lovers who enjoy mingling with other outdoorsy snow fans will fit right in.
Located just off I-80 at the Sugar Bowl exit, this home is adjacent to groceries and ski rentals. Sugar Bowl passholders will especially appreciate the location just 3 miles away. 5 minutes to Royal Gorge and Boreal, and 30 minutes to Northstar and Palisades.

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are shared by bed reservation system
• 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom will have a full-time resident
