Exclusive master king suite+bath available in Alpine Meadow 6 month ski lease, Jacuzzi and Dog friendly

Get your own private room for your family or a couple to join us (3 families) for the 2024/2025 ski season. Join us and stay in our beautiful home for an optimal 6-month season from November 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025. Located at the entrance to Alpine Meadows so it’s easy to access in even the biggest storms and only a 5 minute drive to Palisades or Mountaineer shuttle ride to Alpine. Who says you cannot sleep in a bit and still get fresh powder!!

Because everyone will have their own room, you can come up as often as you like to enjoy powder days, Spring days, snowball fight days, cross-country ski days, or just chilling out days; there are no restrictions or limits on how many days or ways you can enjoy your winter *except* it cannot become your primary residence.

This awesome ~1500 sf townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths total.

Amenities include jacuzzi, decks, 1 car garage and 3 exclusive parking spots and 1 guest parking on mostly flat driveway (max 5 cars – 1 in garage 2 on driveway, 1 in reserved parking spot, and 1 guest spot when available).

The house comes fully stocked with plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, tv in large common area, a gourmet all-electric kitchen with granite counters and fully equipped with several full sets of dishes, silverware, knives, cooking, baking, roasting gear, small appliances for Nespresso, coffee & hot water/tea, toaster, rice cooker, oven, electric cooktop, coffee, and more. And of course, a nice washer and dryer to clean your stuff!!!

So far we have 3 fun, professional, ski fanatical families, and kids from 5-10 yo doing ski racing, boarding, big mountain skiing and rec skiing/riding at Alpine/Palisades. On occasion, will also will be joined by a black Golden Doodle named Frasier so hopefully no one is allergic to friendly fun larger dogs. (If you have a well-traveled chill dog, please let us know…)

While we do not have an official guest policy, bringing an immediate family member or super-close friend occasionally is ok as long as you let everyone know.

COVID stuff

We will require everyone to be vaccinated and boosted as available for their age group, and may require proof. We also would ask that everyone keep everyone apprised of their status and whether they are having symptoms or have tested positive during the season.

What’s available: 1st floor master king ensuite bath $12,500 for the season + *extras.

2. 2nd floor king room: taken

Extras TBD (utilities, snow plow service, Internet, jacuzzi service, and a final move-out cleaning).
