This house has everything you want from a ski lease – 10 min to Palisades Tahoe, 3 min to all the bars & restaurants. The ski lease runs Dec 15 to May 15 so you will get the entire season including all the spring skiing. Fantastic view from the 50 foot deck, huge hot tub, tons of space with 5 private rooms (7 beds total), a great room and a game room and good parking. Before we took the space over, this house had a ski lease with 25 members… we charge a bit more but limit it to around half that so as to have a better experience.

Our longtime ski lease group is looking to fill the spot of a couple who left this year due to having a baby. We are all late-20-30 something professionals from the San Francisco area and looking for the same. We often cook and hang out together (but its not mandatory) and are hoping to welcome in people who fit the vibe. Friendly dogs welcome.

As a note, some of the photos show older furniture which has almost all been replaced and updated in recent years.
