Ski Lease in Carnelian Bay – 20 Minutes to Palisades Tahoe!
Looking for up to two more winter enthusiasts to join us in a spacious, well-equipped cabin in Carnelian Bay from January through April! Located in Carnelian Bay, we’re just 20 minutes from Palisades and 10 from Northstar. With three bedrooms, two baths, and a large common space, it’s the perfect setup for a season full of skiing, snowboarding, and cozy nights by the fire.
Your Roommates:
You’ll be joining a fun, friendly, and active group of six roommates from the Bay Area (Napa, Berkeley, Pacifica, and San Francisco) and three dogs who love hitting the slopes and unwinding afterward. We’re fairly laid-back and like to keep the place tidy, welcoming, and guest-friendly. If you’re respectful, easygoing, and share a passion for winter sports and après, we’d love to meet you!
Property Details:
• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (+ loft), 2 baths. 2 double beds, 4 singles (that can become doubles), and a sofa bed in the loft.
• Amenities: Wi-Fi, hot tub, laundry, fireplace, ski/snowboard storage, large kitchen, and spacious common area.
• Parking: 3–4 spots, depending on the plow guy’s dedication that week!
• Lease Terms: January 4 – May 4. Rent is $3300 with one additional person or $2900 with two. Cost includes a deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the season (less utilities and any house expenses after guest fees). Guest fees are $40/night.
• Pets: Pets are welcome! Our current dogs are friendly and happy to add a new pack member, as long as everyone gets along.
Ideal Roommates:
We’re looking for two more people who enjoy an active, social environment and can bring good vibes to the mix. Occasional guests are cool, as long as everyone’s on the same page.
