South Lake Tahoe communal ski cabin 20s and 30s

Join our 5 month ski lease (Dec 1- April 30) in South Lake Tahoe. The house is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single family home in the Bijou neighborhood. It is 10 minutes from Heavenly (3 miles), 45 minutes from Kirkwood, and less than a mile from Safeway (5 minute drive/8 minute walk).

We’re looking for couples and singles to join this ski lease! The ski lease share membership fee is $2750 per person or $3500 per couple. That gets you access for all 5 months (Dec 1 – Apr 30), including utilities. There are no black-out dates. We are going to be limiting the number of members — this way we all have access to at least one or two weekends a month to the house.

This cabin is a great fit for people who work from home. As people are working from home, this space is not a party environment and noise levels are limited.

We have two small and quiet dogs (both hypoallergenic) staying at the cabin. No additional dogs will be considered.

This house has everything you need:
– EV Charging
– High speed internet (547 mbps down) for streaming and working from home.
– Computer monitors for every room.
– A hot tub
– New in-unit washer/dryer
– New dishwasher
– TV with streaming services
– Grill
– Fireplace

The people
– All professionals late-20s – 30s.
– Nice and considerate
– All members will be asked to meet with us or the group in the area to chat and get to know each other
– Occasionally will make bread/cookies for the house.
– Most (if not all) live in the Bay Area.
– No children or additional pets.
