South Lake Tahoe ski lease – full time and mid-week membership starting at $1750

We have a beautiful, spacious home in South Lake Tahoe and are looking for a few members to join our lease. The house has easy access to Pioneer Trail where streets get plowed quickly and is 10 min to Heavenly, 35 min to Kirkwood. The house includes 2 living spaces with TVs and fireplaces, 4 bedrooms with large beds (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls), 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, etc.

We host the lease and are also owners of the house. We come up every few weeks, primarily on the weekends. We are looking for fellow members who are here to enjoy Tahoe winter activities (skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc). If we are skiing the same resort, we’d love to hit the slopes with you, otherwise we look forward to sharing stories about the day over a hot meal, and maybe some games or TV before bed. We don’t overcrowd the house and limit the number of people on the lease so everyone is comfortable.

About the House: 2500 sq ft house with 3 car garage and plenty of space to store your winter stuff in the garage: ski, boards, and winter clothes can stay here all season. The house is on a quiet street, right off Pioneer Trail with easy access to everything South Lake has to offer.

– Fast wifi – 400 mpbs+ (tested on fast.com and speedtest.net)
– 3 car garage (parking for 2 cars, the rest used for storage) and large driveway (parking for 5-6 cars total)
– 3 gas fireplaces (upstairs living room, downstairs living room, primary bedroom)
– 2 living rooms with 55” flat screen TVs. Living rooms are up and downstairs to allow for multiple lounge spaces. There’s also a stellar DVD collection from the previous owners if you’re interested.
– Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, De’Longhi Espresso machine, Zojirushi Rice Cooker, Henckels knives
– Linens, towels: fully stocked
– Laundry room (inside, upstairs)
– Snow Removal Service

Price (for 5 month ski lease share)

Full time: $3500
Midweek: $1750 (access: Sunday evening to Thursday at Noon)
