South Lake Tahoe ski lease share, utilities included

We have 4 full access memberships open in our 10+ year ski lease in Christmas Valley, South Lake Tahoe. Fantastic location for Kirkwood, touring, and Heavenly. Membership fee includes all utilities and no blackout dates.

There will only be 8 members total. We’re skiers in our 30s/40s from the Bay Area who like to apres, cook dinner together, and get up early to shred.

The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful river/forest view, hot tub, fast wifi, attached garage, flat driveway, and driveway plow service.

The ski lease is very well run with policies for scheduling, guests, and other logistics. No children, no pets, and no long-term stays are allowed. The longest extended stay is 10 days in a row once a month, no restrictions on shorter trips.
